Dan Of Geek vermeldet hier spannende Neuigkeiten zur dritten Torchwood-Season.

Das Britische Filminstitut (BFi) veranstaltet am Freitag, den 12. Juni im National Film Theatre in London einen Preview auf die erste Episode der kommenden dritten Torchwood-Season.

Im Zuge dessen wurde eine offizielle Synopse der ersten Folge von Season 3 veröffentlicht:

1965: Twelve children are gathered on a deserted moor, before being surrounded by a harsh, bright light .... and then they are gone!
Today: all over Earth, children stop moving. Stop playing, stop laughing. Then, as one, they begin to speak with the same voice, announcing the imminent arrival of a new alien threat. "We are coming...". As the British government closes ranks, it issues a death warrant against Captain Jack and Torchwood...

Deutlich Hinweise auf CoE-Ausstrahlungstermin 15.-19.06., 21 Uhr UK-Zeit

Nachtrag zum 05.05. - die bisherigen Gerüchte scheinen sich zu verdichten

GALLIFREY ONE meldet hier, daß das UK Cable/Satellite Network WATCH (siehe Watch ) auf Pläne hingewiesen hat, Folgen aus Season 1 von Torchwood in der Woche vom 15. bis 19.06. immer ab 22 Uhr UK-Zeit auszustrahlen.

Da Episode 1 von Season 3 am 15.06 um 21 Uhr ausgestrahlt werden soll, kann es gut sein, daß die restlichen vier Folgen am 16-19.06. vor den Wiederholungen von Staffel 1 laufen.

Hab ich das jetzt zu kompliziert gesagt? :wacko:

YAY!!! Endlich wird's konkret!! *freu* Und wir muessen noch nicht mal auf die Amis warten ... *gg*

Die BBC hat eben das Press Release fuer die 27. Woche (4.7.-10.7.) rausgegeben:

Und da TW 3 ja von Mo-Fr laufen soll, wird das mit an 100%ig grenzender Wahrscheinlichkeit vom 6.7. - 10.7. sein!! :thumbsup:

Gallifreyone meldet definitiven Sendertermin für Children of Earth:
Wie erwartet jeweils um 21 Uhr (UK Time) von Montag 6.Juli bis Freitag 10.Juli :thumbsup: also bei uns dann wihl 22 Uhr... :D

United Kingdom (BBC1, 6th-10th July)
BBC Press Pack

The Radio Times website has now listed Torchwood as being broadcast from Monday 6th July from 9:00pm, and will be broadcast over consecutive nights.
The Guardian used Children of Earth's broadcast as the basis for an article on the role of the story-arc in science fiction.
The Examiner reports on the soundtrack for Children of Earth to be released in the UK on 7th July.
Press Pack coverage from io9, who also commented on the UK broadcast of Children of Earth ahead of the US broadcast (and spoilers revealed in the BBC Week 27 Information.
