ZitatAs long as there's an actor or actress who can play the role to perfection, what does it matter their gender? I still fail to see how it would be silly.
ZitatIf the best person for the part is female, so be it. There's not "no point" in giving the role to the best person for the job.
Stimme ich völlig zu ...
ZitatThe dynamic of the show would be altered. It's The Doctor and HIS female companion, (sometimes a male as well), and the TARDIS is sexy...and a she.
Mein Lieblingskomentar:
ZitatHaving a female Doctor could go some way to answering recent criticism that the plots have taken on too dark an edge but would upset some of the series’ purist fans.

Ein Kommentar dagegen:
ZitatIt would flip all of that. Playgrounds of children wouldn't be able to pretend to be the characters they want because it would all change.
Dazu gibt's zu sagen:
Zitatby playgrounds full of children, i presume you mean playgrounds full of male children couldn't pretend to be, who? The Doctor? I guess the BBC shouldn't worry about making little girls feel like they can be anything more than assistants....
