ZitatGary Russell's breathtakingly beautiful and utterly excellent contribution to Seasons Of War has been received and...blimey, it is fantastic! Again, no spoilers or plot details, but I can tell you this: it's called 'THE BEACH' and the man who used to be the Doctor (so, so long ago) is at the end of his tether and the Time War has forced him to do things you wouldn't believe...
ZitatHaving just received Kate Orman's contribution to Seasons Of War, I can honestly say that you are all in for a treat. An incredible, beautiful, inventive piece of science-fiction/fantasy prose from the author of some of the greatest Doctor Who novels of all time. I shan't give any plot details away (really, you need to read it), but the title is 'THE AMBASSADOR FROM WOLF-RAYET 134'.
Neue Autoren sind Matt Fitton, Nick Mellish und Noa Yerochamitz.

Ein Kurzfilm wird gerade produziert. Dazu gab es folgende Meldung auf Facebook:
ZitatAlles anzeigenThere is a 'Seasons Of War' short film being made to accompany the release of the Anthology, directed by the incredible Andy Robinson. This is very exciting, a 'story' in it's own right, with an original soundtrack being composed by Timo Peach (Momotempo)
Anyway, for all of you in the Exeter/Devon area, Andy Robinson has the following request:
"Hi folks - I am in need of your help! I am in involved in making the promotional short film to help publicise the Anthology. We are filming on Sunday 26th October at Poltimore House, Exeter (UK). As part of the cast, I need to find someone to play the part of a young girl. The playing age is around 10 - 12 years old, and they need to be white with brown hair (as she has to look similar to an older actress playing her as a grown-up).
If she has some experience of acting, that is useful, but the role has no dialogue, and it is far more important that her temperament is one suited to taking direction, and the environment of a film set, which (to a 12 yr old) can be quite boring! So I am happy to consider non-actors as well.
The girl would be required for several hours on the day and, of course, would need to chaperoned by their parents, or guardians. Ideally you should be in the Exeter/Devon area. For anyone that thinks their child might be suitable, please message me for more details, and we can go from there. And please share this post to anyone else you think might be able to help - thank you!"
You can message me through this site or email me at declanmay@declanmay.com and I will pass the info on to Andy.
