    Das ist jetzt aber wirklich nur für Leute gedacht, die die ganze Zeit im Internet hängen, immer etwas Geld auf der hohen Kante haben und sehr schnell Entscheidungen treffen können, oder?!
    (Letzteres trifft auf mich nicht zu, ich würde aber wohl auch mit etwas mehr Zeit nicht teilnehmen.)

    Oder man hat noch ein paar Meilen übrig und übernachtet in nem Billighotel für nen Fuffy.
    Ja das gibt es sogar in der Nähe des Excel, besonders am Wochenende.
    Also auf gut deutsch, so ab 200 Euro kann man dabei sein.
    Und das hat man doch schon gespart, weil Ecclestone das alljährliche F1 Gastspiel abgesagt hat.
    Kassel dürfte für mich unterm Strich teurer werden.
    Btw. wer es nicht kennt, das Excel ist riesig. Für die Star Trek Convention haben Sie seinerzeit ne komplette Halle nur für Warteschlange vor dem Event reserviert. Und wer die Abzocke bei Destination Star Trek erlebt hat, den schockt bei Doctor Who preislich nichts.


    Wobei Christels Version wäre noch besser, hoffe die machen das inklusive Doctor in Distress :33:

    Gerade gemerkt, das ich beinahe wieder angefangen hätte, mit stevmof zu diskutieren. Konnte mich glücklicherweise bremsen. ;)

    Ich habe ein Dalek Samstag Ticket ergattern können.


    Nach dem Buchungsdesaster zur Jubiläusfeier hat die BBC dazugelernt. War alles ganz easy durchführbar.



    EDIT: Es wird keine Autogramme auf dem Festival geben!

    Tja, viele die das Doctor Who Festival in London besuchen gehen leer aus, was Fotos betrifft. Der Link, der heute per Email verschickt wurde, funktionierte nicht, die Vorbestellseite war unübersichtlich und blöd zu navigieren und Fotos mit Capaldi waren innerhalb von drei Minuten ausverkauft. Gomez folgte kurze Zeit später. Sehr frustrierend für viele.

    Ich bin zwar nicht dabei, aber ich habe eh' noch nie verstanden, warum ich Fotos haben sollte, wo ich zusammen mit Stars drauf bin. Da müsste schon eine gewisse persönliche Beziehung bestehen. Und dann bräuchte ich vermutlich nicht irgendwo bei einer Massenabfertigung anzustehen.


    Zudem mache ich lieber selber Fotos, als dass ich mich fotografieren lasse. So bin ich durchaus stolz, am 23. November 2013 ein schönes Foto von den 5 anwesenden Doktoren geschossen zu haben.

    Das Doctor Who Festival hat gerade noch Mark Gatiss, Nick Briggs und einen Visual Effects Typen bekannt gegeben. Außerdem werden an jedem Tag zwei unterschiedliche Autoren beim "Meet the writers" Panel anwesend sein.:

    Ich darf also mit Sarah Dollard, deren Folge ich noch nicht kenne und Peter Harness Vorlieb nehmen. Auf letzteren freue ich mich.
