Oder so. Jedenfalls finde ich es merkwürdig, dass da offensichtlich nicht nach Qualität der Folge abgestimmt wird, sondern auf Zuruf Dadurch blieb mir jetzt nichts anderes übrig, als aus taktischen Gründen Enemy of the World runter zu stufen. Durch diese Wechselwirkung landen dann beide Folgen weit hinten in der Liste. Albern.

Komisch. Pirate Planet wurde vor meinem Plädoyer für die Folge in Ruhe gelassen. Albern. Ich glaube man hätte diese Wahl hier besser gelassen, geht zuviel um Eitelkeiten.

Bei mir hat der Piratenplanet seinen Ruf eher TROTZ des Autoren. Bin anfangs mit sehr hohen Erwartungen herangegangen aufgrund des DA-Labels und musste mir den Spaß daran erst langsam erarbeiten, bis ich sie richtig zu schätzen wusste.

Pirate Planet ist grandios. The War Games kann ich ja noch drüber sehen, aber abseits davon muss der Piratenplanet unter den Top 5 sein. Die von @yttox genannten Serials sind allesamt qualitativ schlechter.

Big Finish hat inzwischen aus Marketing-Sicht ein schwer zu vermarktendes, diversifiziertes Produkt. Die Hemmschwelle für Neukunden einen Überblick zu bekommen und somit zu investieren ist ziemlich hoch, Kunden außerhalb des engagierteren Fandoms zu gewinnen nahezu unmöglich. Man sollte die Reihen deutlich entschlacken um das Hauptprodukt nicht zu gefährden.

Irgendwie dachte ich gerade bei mir Harry Melling wäre eine tolle Wahl, wenn es schon ein Jüngling sein muss.

Der eigentliche Skandal ist doch, dass The Ark in Space gar nicht erst zur Wahl steht.
